Is this legal? Yes. Everything comes from City of Toronto Open Data (Open Government Licence) and the AGCO's public notice file. We publish the applicant's name, business name and phone only where the applicant put it on a public licence. We do not append personal data from other sources.
How fresh is it? The City refreshes its permit and licence files daily; we pull them every morning. A permit filed on Monday is in Tuesday's digest.
Do you sell leads more than once? This isn't a lead marketplace. It's the public record, organised. Every subscriber sees the same filings; what you do with them first is up to you.
